This work is a collection of the analects of Myouhou Chuhou (1263-1323), written by himself and edited by Jijaku, and was published in 1335 (reprinted in 1383). Just after the permission of the publication in 1334, the woodblocks were lost in the fire of 1335, so that this work did not go into circulation. Then 50 years later, 張子華 republished with知暠 and 慧沢. As the editions printed in Japan, Gozan-Ban edition (1627, 1643) and鼇頭評註本 (1673) were published, and this is found also in 卍蔵続経. It is pointed out by Shiina (1990) that the present copy of Kan'ei 4 edition, preserved in our Library, was based on the Gozan-Ban edition.
